Iva’s Awesome Birthday Challenge | Intro and also Day 1 :)

Ok, here we go… 😀

As I explained in my post yesterday, I haven’t celebrated my birthday for years, it just didn’t feel important to me. But this year, I want to do something to remember my birthday for. After all, that day that is “mine” although I have nothing to do with it, I just happen to pop out in this big wide world that day. 😀 So… It’s on the March 14th and it’s the big 26. It’s not big, but that makes it sound more important. 😀

If you want to participate, follow or anything…bookmark, save, like, share!

Rules are going to be simple, I’m gonna post a theme or a question and you comment, or make a post about it – but be sure to link it back to me or pingback it. I haven’t decided yet if I’m gonna do 7 days of challenge, 7 days of praising you who participated and caught my attention, or just go full on 14 days of challenge and then the praising. 😀 I have decided to go with main theme: BIRTHDAY, and all of Daily clues and questions are a way to help you with your interpretation.

Anyway since it is day ONE, just warm up. Stretch a little, dust off your running shoes, clean your cameras, keep your brain sharp with cross puzzles, or just practice going a-e-i-o-u, a-e-i-u-o, it’s good for stretching your vocals. Trust me, I am not a professional.

And tell me for Day 1 – What do you recall as your best birthday and why?

You can totally get creative and write, show me photos, or make new photos of old presents, just write a comment or write a poem… You got the point.

One more exciting thing… I (with a help of someone else) have made my challenge photo. Yap, you heard it. I, have my own photo for this challenge. It can’t get bigger than that, it just can’t. 😉 So if you like it, place it anywhere you want, after all, I made it for you. 😀

I don’t celebrate my birthday, and I don’t like it when other people try to make me celebrate it (but I don’t mind celebrating other people’s).

Last year was pretty awesome, though. No one knew it was my birthday, but a lady who wanted me to play a gig for her charity came over to my house and I played her all my songs. She brought wine and we became friends. I played her gig a couple of weeks later. It was pretty cool 🙂

    • That sound like a cool-to-tell-your-grandchild-one-day story. It has all the elements of coolness; a lady (!), an instrument (was it a guitar?) and last but not least…wine! 😉

I totally get you on not celebrating birthday, this challenge will be my way of celebrating it probably this year, I want to make something to remember it by. And all of you are a part of it 🙂

    • The bracelet is beautiful, I love simple yet so delicate and special jewelery. 🙂 I agree with you on adult birthdays but it seems to me that I had better birthdays when I was a kid since I am ignoring my birthday last few years – except of the presents of course. 😀

  7. This is really a beautiful entry… 🙂 And I agree with you, I love water very much and a day at the ocean/sea/river AND cake would be the perfect day for me to. 😉
