Would you relive the past week? TFGSC – Day 24

I think this will be the shortest Daily Prompt ever. NO.

Ok, I have to elaborate… πŸ™‚
When I read todays Prompt, I was surprised. Why? Because just last night I asked out of nowhere while we were watching the Croatia:Mexico game, “Would you go in future to find out the score if you could?” Sis straight up tells no, I tell no, dad is contemplating and says yes. Sis is moving the question on another level;
“Why would ask something like that if you wouldn’t do it and it is not possible?”
“I don’t know. Because I can?”

And we go back to game. We lost btw. And I really wouldn’t want to know that…

Past is in the past. Maybe if something so awesome happened I would relive it. But I’m not sure about that either, because that authentic reaction I would have on something awesome would not be as joyful the second time. If we are talking about changing the past if something unpleasant or sad happened… Well, we have all seen the movies about going back to past and changing things messed up the present and future. πŸ˜‰

About the song… Eurovision flashback! πŸ˜€
Plus I really love Emmelie’s song Rainmaker, it puts me in good mood. That’s it folks for todays Feel-good Songs Challenge.

Love ya!

Iva’s Awesome Birthday Challenge | Day 8

Hello! First of all, Happy International Women’s Day! πŸ˜€

Celebrate yourself or recognise the importance of women in your life… πŸ™‚

Now, for my birthday challenge. Thanks all of you who participated up until today, I am happy about that. BigΒ β™₯. For those who haven’t find the time, I say again, you have it until 14. of March, so don’t worry, but don’t forget. πŸ˜‰

Today,

I want you to tell me about the worst present you or someone you know has gotten. Or maybe you are the one that gave the awful present. Shame on you. But still, do tell.

I’m excited to read your stories. Don’t forget to link your post back to me or leave a comment.

The joy of wrapping presents β˜Ί

The joy of wrapping presents ;)

I like wrapping presents. Ok, that is a huge underestimating. I looooooooove wrapping presents. πŸ˜€ That is more interesting to me sometimes than the actual present hahahaha…

I love making something that is not – wrapping presents so from the outside they appear to be something that they are not. My bf knows the joy of that very well. :mr green: Two years ago for his b-day I have made/bought him a custom-made t-shirt and put it in cookie package and put everything so they seem to be not opened. The funny thing is, he was actually happy with getting cookies, but could not understand why I insisted that he opens them RIGHT NOW. πŸ˜€ This year, I’ve bought him a wallet and wanted to do the big box – small box thing, when you open big box and then small and smaller… I had a lot of luck and he accidentally left his old wallet at my place and I packed everything, the big box, the paper and decoration paper inside, smaller box and inside his old wallet. He was unwrapping the thing for 15 minutes (he likes to sloooooooowly unwrap, I’m more of a cut it all person πŸ˜€ )… The look on his face when he saw his old wallet after all the trouble and laughing was priceless. I said, ok, you don’t want that one and gave him the new wallet.

So, he is quite familiar with my little scams muahahaha πŸ˜›

Anyway back to the “do it myself” part featured in this post. This was a chocolate box I wanted to turn into my master piece. πŸ˜‰ I knew what I wanted on it (japanese spring flower) and found a picture. Then I sketched the outlines and painted the whole thing as I wanted. For the box I knew tempera will be a difficult choice because the material is too smooth for it. But! I wanted that kind of uneven look, somewhere more white, somewhere more black. I always tend to take on challenges… When it starts to look difficult, I go in “bring it on” mode.

Ok, and for the bow/ribbon part I found easy tutorial and it came out good. It would be even better if the material of the ribbon was softer.

This was a present I packed for my friend, I call her Princess so the little box says “Princeza”. πŸ˜‰ The box is btw from a dairy spread haha πŸ˜€

Anyway this is my little joy and I have fun with it… What about you, do you like it or hate it? Tell me ☺
