And the next second the Sun was behind the horizon.
Balloon is filled with a bit of helium. Cat is confused. 😀 (On the balloon it says “Happy Birthday”)
It looked like a storm is coming but the clouds just passed through. (My favorite thing in this photo is the nest you can see in the branches of a tree. Spring is coming and the birds are coming back. Taken today.)
And finally, my photo of the eclipse taken on a home-made projector from paper. I eliminated light sources in the photo. This, ladies and gentleman is the Solar eclipse of 2015. 😉
Weekly Photo Challenge: Ephemeral
This is a quote from Game of Thrones, just fyi. 😉
There is not much to say… I need my glasses to see clearly, and although I did wear contacts, they are a bit to expensive because I have a different diopter on each eye… But I don’t mind them, most of the time. They are the biggest problem at summer time, I can’t swim with them 😦 So I end up staring at random people at the beach or pool. 😀
Plus, I wanted to do photos of real windows. This is the truth and I kid you not, every time I look through a window I look at the sky. That is why sunsets photos are never-ending inspiration to me…
I am a bit late with this one, but as they say better late than… Well they say a lot of things. 😉
Photographing sunsets has really became a habit of mine, a really enjoyed and instinct one. When ever the sky is somewhat clear and I see the sun tossing the light in the kitchen (which means it is close to going down the horizon) I jump and grab my camera. EVERY TIME. 🙂
The second habit, also a positive and sometimes annoying one is my cat. Feeding her, taking care of her, playing with her. This is her spot where she is the closest to the kitchen as she can be, because she is not allowed in. So she keeps guard, watch what we are doing and constantly begging for food when someone is eating. She has to be the inspector and is always on alert. I think you can see that very well on the third photo.
Enjoy life as much as you can… Go outside for walks as much as you can because… “The winter is coming.” 🙂
