  4. 1. I am from India. South mainly but have lived a bit all over. At present I live in Switzerland.

  6. Hi Ivy, haven’t seen a site like this. That’s very original, I think. Nobody ever asked me all that questions, but I am willing to answer them, just because I like… to answer them πŸ˜€ Just kidding πŸ™‚ Here we go:
    1. Granny and I are from the Netherlands. We live nearby Rotterdam.
    2. Cute, adorable and sleepy.
    3. I like to play in the garden, with my garden furriends and singing songs with the birdies, sleep on Granny’s lap and to be petted. I like to eat tuna and grass and drink dirty old rain water and catmilk.
    4. Granny always writes some stuff under photos in an album and a few years ago, she wanted to make (photo) stories about everything that happened in our garden, for my twofeet brothers and sister, but she needed a leading actrice…so that’s where I came in and a star…blog was born πŸ˜€
    5. Let me see…yes, I know something. I like to fool Granny and Grandpa. I pretend that I want to come inside the house, by sitting on the window cill and staring inside…you know, the hypnotic look πŸ˜‰ Then Granny sees me and opens the door for me and I run away. I do that for a few times and Granny has to stand up and walk to the door constantly…I think it’s fun.. πŸ˜€
    6. My first wish would be lots of tuna-loves-headrubs and my second wish to be the genie πŸ˜€
    7. I answer anything for a treat. The most embarrassing thing was, when I had to go to the vet in my carrier bag…behind bars… and Granny showed it to the whole world. That was so embarrassing….
    8. Tuna-salmon-treat.
    9. Just as young as Granny πŸ™‚
    10. You’re COOL..Pawsome πŸ˜€
See you on the other Site πŸ™‚ Pawkisses πŸ™‚

  7. 1. I hail from just south of Cleveland, Ohio.
    2. Me in 3 words – anxious, offensive, SOUR
    3. I enjoy those moments in between the chaos in life. I also enjoy reading and writing. And my family:)
    4. I had been thinking about blogging for years, honestly. I just never took the leap until I lost my job last year. It gave me a nice little push.
    5. The day isn’t over yet, but I’m hoping something will make me happy before midnight.
    6. If I had 2 wishes, I would probably wish for a “do-over.” Start me back at 18, I won’t screw it up this time. I’ll donate that other wish to someone who needs it.
    7. Boob falling out of bikini.
    8. I never get tired of a nice, fresh bag of Cherry Sours. Especially during a movie.
    9. Mentally, I feel like I’m 50. A fortune teller once told me I have an old soul. Unfortunately, I’m socially about 20 and not improving;)
    10. You are pretty awesome. I’m glad we stumbled across each other.

    1. So glad you took this quiz πŸ™‚

      Hello Ohio!
Well those words are pretty strict, I will give you some sugar to put on top if you wish πŸ˜‰
Sometimes we indeed need a push in life, something to move us to another place in life. It’s all mostly good, as we later realize. How could you screw it up in only two years so badly? O.o No, I refuse to believe that hehe…
Nice to welcome your old soul and your young heart here on my little place on internet. πŸ™‚

      1. Thank you, dear! I’m socially 20 but not physically 20, sorry to have misled you;) I’m actually 32 years old. And I guess it’s a bit morbid to want to hit the reset button on life, but hey, they are wishes, right?

      2. Oh, my mistake! πŸ™‚ I don’t think it’s morbid, it’s normal. I think many people want to do a do-over. Actually, I think most people want that. πŸ˜€ I have so many reasons to want that also but I have a different philosophy, it’s like… What ever happened to me and what I had to go through in past made me who I am today and why I value some things and what’s important to me and based by that I choose and have my friends and love one. I just think like that. It is not that I “like” the suffering or think that you need to suffer to be recognized as good person and granted to heaven (although I am Christian, but rather on my own path, not strictly the one Church approves πŸ™‚ ) but I just think all experiences, good and bad, made me who I am today. πŸ™‚
32 is not nearly old! I have heard Louise Hay said in one of her speeches that she will be 80 now and she plans to make it a best decade of her life. It brought a smile on my face. πŸ˜€

  8. Ahem (cough, cough). Attention please. If you would so kindly direct your eyes to center stage and behold the wonderment of….(duh, duh, duh, duhhhh) me.

    1. I reside in the festering boil on the anus of the world. Really this place sucks. Oh and it is infested with mosquitoes. Literally. The news today said today that those effin (yeah I use that too [there is a town in Ireland called “Effin” that place couldn’t suck]) things are carrying West Nile and St. Louis Encephalitis. Don’t have to be allergic for them to kill you here.
    2. I am St. Malevolent, three words: “homeless when home”
    3. Life and all its wonders, good or bad
    4. Therapy. Think of it as a pressure cooker, as long as i let off a little steam I will not explode.
    5. Happy is relative.
    6. First wish, get a genie with a more manly sound than “Puff!” I want my damn genie to go “Boom!” Second, ……………..(that’s me pondering the possibilities [its so short because I don’t have much of an imagination]) one of everything, that way I have it if I want it. No, really I think a deserted island would be it.
    7. Hmmm, embarrassing? There was the time two random girls simultaneously grabbed my butt while I was buying a soda. But that was more embarrassing for them than me. (really happened) There was the time that woman’s husband came home early. But that was more embarrassing for her than me. (didn’t really happen…or did it?) Don’t really think I get embarrassed or maybe I just block it out.
    8. Mmmmm….candy. Eh, not really into candy but I like a grape soda on occasion.
    9. Not a day over 842 (I am an old soul stuck in a young, attractive, virile man’s body)
    10. On a scale of awesomeness that has yet to be devised, i give you a number that has yet to be known. But the simple fact that I took the time to answer these questions means you must be alright.

    1. The whole time reading I was laughing… Not like the laugh when you spill your drink, or laugh normal people consider laughing, but my version of it when I read something funny on internet. A little more air comes out and weird sounds like hnhhmhmhmmhm. So, you got that going for you. πŸ˜€

The fact that I can’t figure out where you’re from is making me uncomfortable because I want to know where the mosquitoes got their super powers on – so I can avoid it. πŸ™‚

Yeah… The genie says what the genie says, we talked today. He has licensed the “Puf” so you’ll have to wish another one.
Hahahaha, embarrassing ones… Let me tell you mine (I never did that here) Once, I grabbed the guy’s junk when riding a tram because he leaned on the handle and tram suddenly hit on brakes. I grab the handle aaaaand nope, it’s not handle. I was trying not to burst in laughter so hard.

So you are 2 years old? That’s so amazing that you can write your own blog already!

Thanks! It means a lot, specially from a 2-year-old genius!

  9. Hi Ivy, Your blog is so nice, I like how you connect with your readers πŸ™‚

    1. I am from California:)
    2. I am a random laughaholic bookworm who loves metal core. πŸ˜€ and weird.
    3. I enjoy hiking to really high places and seeing beautiful views.
    4. I started blogging because I find thats the only way I can write lol, I can’t write on a piece of paper. Is that weird? well that let me add that to #2.
5.I realized I don’t work this weekend and that made me extremely happy! πŸ˜€
6.Pageant queen answer “I want world peace” lol but seriously I would selfishly ask for more wishes and then a car, and then a house.
    7. Math class Junior year of high school I was sitting next to my crush(who is now my boyfriend), and we were talking and all of a sudden my gum falls out of my mouth! It was super embarrassing. He still reminds me, but now it’s kind of funny lol
8.My favorite kandy is Jolly Rancher hard candies. I prefer Cherry, and Sour apple.
    9.I feel like I’m 18. but I’m actually 23.
    10. Super πŸ˜€

    1. Hehehe, hello! Thank you, it is my pleasure because you guys (girls) don’t fail to put a smile on my face… πŸ™‚

I like weird. By weird I think of normal, just not “mainstream” πŸ˜€ I couldn’t write on a paper for a while, like stream of thoughts, not post it notes… But I can’t read a book from a screen!
I love the embarrasment. Oh, you’re good. I took a dive (meaning fall like a pear – that is actually a saying in Croatia when someone falls on their whole body) on a staircase in front of my crush and his friends in high school… They were laughing so hard as my face turned red and I started laughing running away with my friend who was also in tears of laughter.

I feel kinda sad that I don’t know that candies or tried them because we don’t have those. But you cheered me back up with number 10. πŸ™‚

Welcome, make yourself at home ❀

  10. I am from England. My name is Lauren, but most of my friends call me Lozzi and I am quarter Irish (random fact there.)
I enjoy the simple things in life such as reading and writing, anything that is not too sociable. I much prefer speaking to people online or sending and receiving letters.
I started blogging for many reasons. I want to be an author and I heard that it is a good way to connect with people and I could reach out to people through writing about my passions and interests.
It is my birthday on the 18th of this month and dad asked what I want so I’ve been looking online choosing presents and also on Saturday I received 2 letters from my Pen Pals, which made me smile.
Is wishing for more wishes an option? If not then I would wish to be successful as an author and for my soulmate to come into my life (proper selfish wishes there.)
Embarrassing situation…. Okay well I used to work on a farm and on my first day I had to shovel horse poo. The person I was working with was changing the water in the buckets at the same time and as she bent down to pick up the buckets, I hit her over the head with a shovel full of poo accidently. She made me promise to never tell anyone that happened, so I hope she’s not into reading blogs.
Is candy just sweets? or chocolate too? Because I’m more of a chocolate person and I love kinder Buenos.
I am about to turn 20 and I feel about… 14 because I am still super reliant.
You like the Sims and therefore that makes you amazingly awesome.

      1. You have definitely come to the right place, I saw a lot of published and unpublished authors share their work here. πŸ™‚
Thank you for sharing your emmbarasment,I wonder how the other side story sounds XD Of course chocolate is included! There is no doubt about it! πŸ˜‰
Sure you can share your e-mail, but I really do not have time for pen-paling now, although I love the idea… So I apologie in advance if you don’t get my mail back for…a long time πŸ˜€ I am here on the blog every day though…

  11. 1. I am from Texas, USA (best state ever πŸ˜‰ )
    2. I am DLJordan, or The Hempstead Man. I am a writer, but also a young one.
    3. I started blogging because I love to write, and I like to connect with many others who write. Not many people my age like to write, so I need some socializing in the writing world.
    4. Well…to tell the truth, the song by Pharrell Williams, “Happy,” made me really happy πŸ™‚ And also my small friends make me happy. I see them regularly, so I am always happy! πŸ™‚
    5. First wish: That I will live a long, happy life! Second wish: that I will be able to finish this school year without dying…
    6. I had to lick someone’s foot (it was a dare) …I just met that person that night…I was scared for life I think :/
    7. My favorite candy is M&M’s…I…can’t…live…WITHOUT THEM!
    8. I feel seventeen…but I am 17-4 (almost 17-3.) πŸ™‚
    9. (Favorite question lol πŸ˜‰ ) You are super-dee-doper awesome!
Thanks for sharing your awesomeness with us!

    1. Hahahahaha, your answers made me smile. And I am tired so it’s not a real smile, but a kind-of-smile like this:http://collegetimes.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/03/awkward_smile.gif

I read your Texas in a Texas accent. Howdy! πŸ˜‰ Welcome to mia casa… As I understood you are 17? That is not to young to write, but I totally understand what you mean. Writing is not the “coolest” thing to do and you certainly don’t go before school; “Hey guys, did you do some writing yesterday? It was awesome!” Unless you want to live a life of a school outsider and film the experience, that is completely individual choice. πŸ™‚ Just keep on writing, trust me all those movies where the popular kids with popular stuff are no longer popular after like 5 or 10 years is absolutely true. Look at me, replying like writing isn’t a popular thing! pfffff… πŸ˜‰ It is, but it isn’t. It depends of how cool you make it seem to others. I can go on on this, so I better stop.

      p.s. number 6 – ahahahahahahahaahahha πŸ˜€ Can’t imagine having to do that.

      1. Lol! Well no I’m not 17, I’m 13 (almost 14). So that may change some things.
Your reply made me smile! You’re funny too. Yeah, popular kids irritate me…sometimes…depending if they’re girls but that’s besides the point!
Do go on, I don’t care! You could leave me a comment on a page dedicated to talking about writing! … As soon as I make one maybe… Anyway.
        Happy writing,
        The Hempstead Man.

      2. That’s even more relatable to you then… Hehe about the girls part. πŸ˜€
Do make one, it is probably the one people go to if they want to find out more about you (duuuh), or at least I do that. I am always curious who is the person behing the words.

  12. 1. UK
    2. Erm, I am 26 year old happy introvert I guess lol
    3. I enjoy FOOD, photography, writing, travelling, reading, making a difference to someone, anyone, but most days I enjoy the beauty of doing… nothing! My mum finds this puzzling. She has to be doing something at all times.
    4. Because I love writing and taking photos and wanted to share that with as many people as possible.
    5. Recently I’m happier coz God has been kind and granted me some of the peace of mind I have been praying for.. yesterday was great as it was still the holidays so no work! Work hasn’t been too hectic so far today, that makes me happy πŸ™‚
    6. Erm, I wud ask to travel the world with my camera and a loved one or more.. and I would want a good job that makes me happy.
    7. Honestly, lots of falling down memories come to mind. But with me it’s not so much being embarassed but more the intense blushing that alerts everyone that I am embarassed. I become like this walking newsflash!
    8. I love pretty much all candy, I don’t discriminate πŸ™‚ Although, cake is more my thing these days.
    9. Old. Very old. I’m like an 80 year old in a 26 year old body.
    10. Beyond Awesome

    1. Hehehe I have to admit that your answers made me smile πŸ™‚
We have very similar interests…and…well, one who can’t enjoy in doing nothing for a bit, doesn’t know how to enjoy at all πŸ˜‰
I loved your photos and can’t wait to see more! Number 7 is familiar haha, but I had a phase of blushing only in front of my cruch ONLY that year. Never before, never after. Explain that? I can’t… I mean, when you blush you can say maybe…Uh, I blush all the time, but I was in my normal skin color, he comes by – RED – he talks to me – RED – he goes away – normal. My friend back that was having a blast with this.
Thank you for the last answer ^^’

Nice to meet you even more and make yourself at home. πŸ™‚

  13. Hello! I love your blog! I am just starting out my journey here and this about you is a great idea I just might steal it πŸ˜‰

    1.So Cal (sunshine!)

    2. I’m optimistic… except on those days when I have an episode 😦 but I am working on being happy full time again πŸ™‚

    3. I enjoy being with my loved ones.

    4. To inspire others!

    5. Well, I love shoes, and I finally got to wear the ones my mom bought!

    6. Getting dream job, pure happiness, and marriage and kids!

    7. … what kind of candy? Chocolate, then okay… Well, A lot of embarrassing things have happened to me… like I am a total klutz, I trip all the time… lol not because of the shoes…

    8. Reeses, Twix, MnMs… I accept all candy πŸ˜‰

    9. 15… but then I pay bills and feel 42 (I am in 20s …) lol

    10. Exceptionally awesome! When will we hang???

    1. I love unicorns! You must have fall out of one of my posts titled “Magic” πŸ˜‰
I envy you, can we switch for a year, I go to California (if I got it right, you live there), and you come here. It’s awesome…for a foreigner xd
Wow, 4 and 7 remembered me of a person I know…She has a blog, it goes something Mosquito… πŸ˜‰ We are very much alike. And two resonates on a deeper level today :/ Ahmmmm… I wrote about project Happy100days, if you wanna give it a go tell me, I have decided not to do it (for now).
Lovely to meet you! Make yourself at home ❀

      1. Yes, you did! We should be pen pals and switch! lol I havent been to Europe since 2007 visiting family. have you been here?
Yes I would like to try that happy 100 days,
Yeah, it has been tough but I am hanging on. That moment hit me last year but I am just thinking of the good times and smiling. awww thanks lovely meeting you too!

  14. "Occam Blade"

    1. Where are you from? I hail from the Philippines, but now a US citizen living in New England

    2. Who are you? Describe yourself in three words. Or five. Or ten. But not more than thousand:

Father, husband, son, uncle, brother, gramps. An anachronistic romantic, love writing [journaling, letters that one mails, and blogging]; photographer [analog + digital], musical hack on piano & guitar [not at the same time though], above all a dreamer + kid at heart

    3. What do you enjoy in life? Primarily, family + friends

    4. Why did you start blogging? Now…. be honeeeest… πŸ˜‰

I wanted to learn more about the blogosphere and to discover other citizens of earth with similar interests. Then, I’d probably learn a bit more about myself in this journey.

    5. Share something with me that made you happy today, yesterday, recently…Recently: it feels more like spring outside. Today: it feels more like spring outside. Yesterday: writing letters and in my journal

    6. Puf! A genie appears. That is a sound of a genie appearing. Go with me. You have two wishes. Three is to predictable. What are they? Wish #1: join me in a trip to the Philippines where you can discover more about the culture, the people, the food and more. Wish #2: I would join you in discovering your Croatia!

    7. What was the most embarrassing situation that happened to you? Yes, you HAVE TO answer that, otherwise no candy for you. In college, an English Literature professor called me to verify an upcoming meeting and I thought it was a dear friend in California. 15. 1. Southwest Georgia in the U.S.A.
    2. My younger sister calls me a “melancholy optimist” or an “extroverted hermit”. I term it as I think a lot, I enjoy people, but I am extremely comfortable all by myself.
    3. I realize our time on Earth is short, even if we live to be 100, so I throw myself full-tilt into all things creative, since there is an infinite amount of ways to enjoy writing, cooking, “crafts”, etc—and creativity is what I like!
    4. I love to write. I hope my patient stories honor their memory, I hope my family stories/family recipes give a glimpse into a blessed life in a small Southern town, and I hope my “diatribes”—well, they won’t change the world πŸ™‚ but I get to get stuff off my chest, so to speak!
    5.My family.
    6. No cruelty to others, and healthy minds, bodies and souls for all—but then that would be Paradise.

Exercise, eat healthy, be thankful for your excellent health–many others have it only a MILLION times worse than I do.
    10. Awesomely awesome!! πŸ™‚

I love it! Thank you for stopping by and filling out my questionary, although I admit I would like to hear embarrassing stories, I can’t help it… πŸ˜‰

I’m happy you found your home in Spain, I suppose the adjusting to different temperatures was a challenge… What was the thing it was the hardest to adjust to? Do you miss being in UK? πŸ™‚

      1. Hi Ivy πŸ˜€
Now that we have been properly introduced *kissing wrist* (mine not yours πŸ˜‰ ) I enjoyed your little questionnaire. It took ages to reply. Using two tabs made it a heck of a lot easier !
The hardest thing is living in this mountain village on my own where the only single females are goats, sheep and chickens πŸ˜‰
No. I don’t want to return to the UK as I am settled and have many friends here.
Have a lovely day Ivy. Ralph xox πŸ˜€

      2. Again you have not failed to make me laugh πŸ˜€ I was surfing other day through your Valentine cards, at first I wasn’t sure why so many (Although I don’t know why that would be a surprise *gently bows*) But when I saw the purpose, I loved it. πŸ™‚
Thank God for internet then, or you would hang out with goats, and I’m pretty sure they do not send Valentine cards. πŸ˜€
Nevertheless, your description tells me you are in nature and that is awesome… Nothing beats a day in the sun not being surrounded with city noise…

      3. Hi Ivy πŸ˜€ I was amazed at the response. So many cards and stamps. And, yes. Thank heavens for the internet. Can’t play with goats πŸ˜‰ Had my first sunbathe of this year yesterday. It’s getting hot now. I love it in the country, cities not so much…….yet, I am off for 2 weeks to Jerusalem in July. I am assuming by your reply that you live in a city.

    1. Hello, very nice to meet you! πŸ™‚

Why question mark after New Zealand? πŸ˜€ I am a big fan of New Zealand’s accent πŸ™‚

Awesome reason for starting a blog, I hope you found your answers… I also track down WordPress technical advices since I love to learn more about it and I didn’t know anything. That goes for photography also, I went in just by taking photos. Then I saw a lot of “rules” to get better photos, and I don’t mean to disrespect anyone but I still go with my feeling. Not with where everything “needs to be” in the photo.
I am happy that you are better, whatever troubles you!
Thank you for number 10, that made me happy and determined. πŸ™‚

      1. Oops – I know I am from Auckland – just bad editing from copy and paste ;-). I think photography is about feeling (even product photography) and all about how you see your world – and if it works for you, that is what matters. Have a wonderful evening.

Your 7 makes me sad, I hope no one is giving you a hard time when you can’t remember. If they do just slap em and tell them that’s from me.
